Tokens are $25 each and are purchased in-app at the Buy Tokens tab on the Token Administration page. Complete the purchase form by entering the number of tokens you would like to purchase and your card information. Once all required information is entered into the form, the "Pay $[x]" button at the bottom of the page will activate.
How is my credit card payment processed?
Simpli5 uses
Stripe to process in-app payments. Enter the number of tokens and your card information, then tap the "Pay" button to submit your purchase for processing.
How do I know my purchase was processed?
A receipt from Stripe with the purchase information will be emailed to the Token Buyer. Once purchased, the token(s) are added to the total number of tokens available to that Token Buyer.

I'm changing roles/jobs. Do you give a refund on tokens?
No, tokens cannot be refunded; however, the Token Buyer or Account Administrators can transfer tokens to another Token Buyer(s) within your organization. See

Can one person buy our tokens and then distribute them among the department/unit/team?
Yes, one Token Buyer can purchase a block of tokens at the
Buy Tokens tab and then at the
Assign Tokens tab distribute those tokens to any or all Token Buyers in your organization.
Are there any prerequisites to using tokens?
- Only Token Buyers can purchase and use tokens in Simpli5. See the Tokens General FAQ.
- A token can be used to email any person a request that the person share the APGI report with the requesting organization. To accept the request, the person must already have or must open a Simpli5 Relationships account.
Where does the share report request come from?
How long does the share report request stay active?
If the prospect does not accept the request within 10 days, the request expires and the token is returned to the Token Buyer.
Can I resend an expired request?
Expired requests disappear from your Use Tokens list. A new request must be created.
