            Simpli5® password reset

            If you don't remember the password you created at profile setup, or if you are an administrator who wants to help one of your members to reset their password, then use the "Forgot Username/Password" link at the login page.

            When you tap this link, the "Forgot Password?" box will open. Enter the email address associated with the member's profile and tap the Submit button. An email will be sent to that email address with a link to help the person update their password.

            This email comes from with "Simpli5" in the subject line, just in case it goes to spam. If the member does not receive the email within 5 minutes and it is not in spam, then likely the email address we have associated with that profile does not match (i.e., the administrator who invited the member used a different email address to issue the invitation). In this case, as an administrator, you can confirm the member's email address through the Network or Administration pages; as a member, you can email or submit a Desk ticket for assistance from our support team.
